Good material (phone case frosted), i alway by Nillkin cases BUT - It took more than 15 days for the transport company to pick up the parcel. - No answer to my 2 mails regarding the pick-up time - Finally arrived 10d after pick-up, not to bad Next time i think i'll order same product but from another place

Ordered a Nillkin Camshield Armour Prop Magnetic Camera protective case for my Samsung S25 phone on 10 Sep 2025. It arrived in good condition and within the stipulated time frame. The product is of good quality. It will be good if Nillkin can provide other ways of verifying the authenticity of the product instead of having to go thru WeChat. Other than this, I am quite happy with the product.

Fails Quickly and Company Won’t Stand Behind It I purchased a Nillkin Earphone Case for AirPods Pro 2 through Amazon on January 30, 2025. Despite taking excellent care of it, the case suddenly stopped closing properly after less than a year of use. Since the purchase window with Amazon had passed, I reached out to Nillkin directly, per Amazon’s recommendation, to ask about warranty options. I even offered to provide photos showing that the case was never dropped or misused. Unfortunately, Nillkin denied a replacement. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and customer support. Instead, I was met with poor service and a company that doesn’t seem to stand behind its own warranty. Very disappointing experience, both overpriced and unreliable.

Received the phone case with the wrong item inside. Emailed the same day I received with 3 more follow up emails with pictures-- still have heard nothing since early August regarding refund or replacement, Beware!

Terrible customer service!!! The pros: The item arrived quickly. That is where it ends. The charger does not charge as advertised. When we contacted them, they wanted videos of the device not charging. We sent that through. We then got numerous emails offering a replacement when our email clearly asked for a refund. We then got sent a detailed explanation about how difficult a refund would be and the unlikelihood of the refund being successful. They then offered two options, they could send us out another one or they could offer a significant discount if we bought another one. Will not buy from this company again. A scam. Beware!

The Pixel line — especially A-series models — is a favorite among privacy-focused users, many of whom run custom ROMs like GrapheneOS or CalyxOS. Your camera-covering cases are exactly what this community looks for. Any reason the 9a was left out? Would love to see it included.

Egyszerűen világbajnok! - This is a perfect kit at a very good price. A frame for easier application, plus 2 sets of the usual accessories. Very decent package. I ordered it for my Xiaomi 15 Ultra. It fits perfectly and the ultrasonic fingerprint reader works flawlessly. From a local distributor I also bought the Nillkin CarboProp Magnetic Aramid fiber armor case. That is a world champ!

Ordered a 'Camshield Prop Magnetic Camera protective cover case' for my Vivo x200 ultra (order 68271). Unfortunately, I received the non-magnetic 'Camshield Prop Camera protective cover case'. Mistakes can happen, however I did not receive any response from Nillkin to get this resolved.

My Order ID: 67936 date ordered: 08/04/2025 has not been shipped yet , track number was "provided" but the parcel was not handed to carrier. my Emails about that were NOT replied. Terrible experience.

Not real leather. They outright lie about their case being leather.
