Ordered a case as my old one broke and local retailers are out of stock (older phone). Shipping was fast, case is exactly what I wanted, very happy with it. I also had an error where the payment was made twice and after a single email they corrected it and only billed me once, excellent service.

Followed the instructions for applying the curved screen protector to my phone, but unfortunately leaves lots of air pockets down each side of the screen that I cannot get rid of.

I had a lot of phones during past decades but a very few cases because I found that most of them were... ugly. But not with Nilkin case. This is my first Nilkin case and I'm pretty happy with the product. Great quality, looks comfortable in hand, perfect fit and decent colors. After all these years finally a case I'm happy with. Shipping to Croatia took only 7 days, just to mention that.

The products themselves are great and high quality but the customer service needs some serious work in the time they take to get back to you. They also need to implement a cancellation policy. Shipping products worldwide, mistakes can happen. I ordered a case for the Xiaomi 14 instead of the Pro and IMMEDIATELY realised the error and tried to cancel so I would order the correct product. Despite telling you to contact them if you have any questions, my email was ignored for days until the product shipped, which it was then already too late and the only solution was to "pay to ship it back", which I find ridiculous considering I had to wait 3 weeks to get the case in the first place. So now I have a case I can't use in the trash while also now having the correct one which I just went ahead and ordered anyway.

Got nilkin case after an enormous research and pretty happy with the product. Great quality good looks comfortable in hand perfect fit and it exceeds my expectations at last! Nilkin always at its best!!

The product 17948-BLACK does not fit on my Redmi Note 13 4G. When I ordered the cover it didn’t say it was only for 5G… The 5G and 4G version of the Redmi Note 13 are slightly different of size. I had contact with customerservice and they asked me to send a video. I sended the video and after that i got no response. After that I sended several e-mails and still no response....

I like Nillkin products, because they are light, robust and slim, and also have a camera protection plus magsafe built in the case. The only things I am missing are products for other phones, like the Google Pixel. And that the delivery takes quite long.

I just received my camshield armor case, this is the second product I bought from Nillkin, with my iphone 11 promax, the last one is from 2019, it’s very durable I just, wanted a new color but my previous one still okay just fade a little bit in color but still in very good condition..I greatly recommend Nillkin

Just received my CamShield Cover case for Honor Magic 6 Pro. The material feels nice to touch, lively finishes. Love the fact that the lens cover closes with a click, so no risk to accidentally open. And the delivery was very fast! Good, quality product!

What can I say is PERFECT fit for Super Frosted Shield Pro Magnetic Matte cover case for Huawei Honor 90. The buttons click perfectly as well, Very well-protected package. Delivery 30 days which is very good for Macedonia.

Just got my new CarboProp Magnetic MagSafe Overlay Aramid fiber armor case for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. It feels like cashmere or silk. Just perfect feeling of touch. Also that camera group cover operates well indeed, all cameras and sensors are ice clear now.

Great case at reasonable price. It was just what I was looking for. Delivery was fast and efficient. Will buy soon again from the store.

The CamShield case for the OnePlus 12 is just amazing and well designed.  It is a premium case of high quality.  Delivery was fast, included tracking and was well packaged.  Definitely recommended!
