The products themselves are great and high quality but the customer service needs some serious work in the time they take to get back to you. They also need to implement a cancellation policy. Shipping products worldwide, mistakes can happen. I ordered a case for the Xiaomi 14 instead of the Pro and IMMEDIATELY realised the error and tried to cancel so I would order the correct product. Despite telling you to contact them if you have any questions, my email was ignored for days until the product shipped, which it was then already too late and the only solution was to "pay to ship it back", which I find ridiculous considering I had to wait 3 weeks to get the case in the first place. So now I have a case I can't use in the trash while also now having the correct one which I just went ahead and ordered anyway.

Got nilkin case after an enormous research and pretty happy with the product. Great quality good looks comfortable in hand perfect fit and it exceeds my expectations at last! Nilkin always at its best!!

The product 17948-BLACK does not fit on my Redmi Note 13 4G. When I ordered the cover it didn’t say it was only for 5G… The 5G and 4G version of the Redmi Note 13 are slightly different of size. I had contact with customerservice and they asked me to send a video. I sended the video and after that i got no response. After that I sended several e-mails and still no response....

I like Nillkin products, because they are light, robust and slim, and also have a camera protection plus magsafe built in the case. The only things I am missing are products for other phones, like the Google Pixel. And that the delivery takes quite long.

I just received my camshield armor case, this is the second product I bought from Nillkin, with my iphone 11 promax, the last one is from 2019, it’s very durable I just, wanted a new color but my previous one still okay just fade a little bit in color but still in very good condition..I greatly recommend Nillkin

Just received my CamShield Cover case for Honor Magic 6 Pro. The material feels nice to touch, lively finishes. Love the fact that the lens cover closes with a click, so no risk to accidentally open. And the delivery was very fast! Good, quality product!

Just got my new CarboProp Magnetic MagSafe Overlay Aramid fiber armor case for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. It feels like cashmere or silk. Just perfect feeling of touch. Also that camera group cover operates well indeed, all cameras and sensors are ice clear now.

Striker S sport cover case for Apple iPhone 14 Pro The sliding camera cover only lasted 6 months before a piece of plastic (the bottom channel which supports the sliding cover) broke. This is a shame because the little spring for the camera cover held up just fine, the textured back of the case is awesome and the MagSafe magnet is strong. My case was not broken by being dropped, just regular repetitive use.

I purchased the Nillkin Bumper Combo Backlit Keyboard Case for iPad Pro 11. The Nillkin unit is versatile and has some nice features. It keeps the apple pencil very safe. I had a Logitech previously that used the special connector which just died. The Nillkin uses bluetooth for the keyboard which is more versatile. And the pencil holder is better than the flap on the Logitech unit.
