Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nillkin.org purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a generous 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be in their original condition — unused, unmodified, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return
