Inhuman customer service I ordered the wrong item and he refuses to pick it up so I can place another order even adding more money to my pocket

Bought a XD CP+ MAX for 15 American for the poco f2 pro. Application was fair as far as screen protectors go, i only have a sliver of bubling on one side and top of the screen. It does completely cover the screen from edge to edge (with the clear case on) and feels premium. The only gripes I have with it are that the darkened edges of the screen protector cover a sliver of my pixels. In order to view them I have to tilt the phone so I can look under the darkened edge of the screen protector. It's more noticeable on the bottom of my phone, but a little at the top as well (I have the green bar battery indicator enabled) and on the sides of the phone. The other problem I have is with the finger print scanner. The f2 pro's finger print reader was hit or miss to begin with. Adding a screen protector on it only made it worse. I've had so many failed attempts leading to the password pattern input. It's sad

I bought Nillkin H+ Pro tempered glass protector for Huawei P30 lite, but the protector is not the same as shown in the photos in their website. It has no notch and the size is not correct. Even after falsifying it, they did not provide any refund. Please don't buy this protector for Huawei P30 Lite.

The tools for applying feel very premium. The glass adheres verry well on the screen. It only left a tiny bubble at the top edge. While trying to remove the bubble, the tempered glass cracked. I already guessed, that it wouldn't cover the whole front, since my phone (Redmi K20 Pro/Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro) has curved glass at the edges, but Nillkin's tempered glass is a lot shorter than than the screen. It stops way before the curve even begins. I tried to contact them, they didn't answer me, but I guess I won't get any compensation, since it broke, when I was applying it. Tl; dr: Search for one of the cheap tempered glass protectors on Amazon. I never had one of those break while applying.

I bought the case for the poco X3 NFC, and I couldn't be more happy with the product. Excellent case, very good finishes, and fits properly.

Although it was specified that the protection covered the entire screen it does not completely cover it. It remains about 1 mm on each side of the uncovered screen. I asked for an explanation, but they haven't answered me yet. I'm sorry because the glass is of very good quality. I have been using nillkin glass since the iphone 7plus and have always found them the best on the market, but this time they let me down. I want to be clear, my one star valuation is for the size, not for the quality. 

I purchased ''Nillkin Amazing 3D DS+ Max tempered glass screen protector for Oneplus 7 Pro'' (Order ID: 41210). Followed the instructions to the letter and was very very careful cleaning the surface of the phone and applying the glass. It still came out awful. The glass never settled on the screen even after many days have passed. It just stuck in the middle and lifts around the edges and corners. It will eventually fill with dust and will be useless. I'm very disappionted. I was expecting a much better product and final result. Now I have to buy another one that actually does the job. Wouldn't recommend it anyone after this experience.

I bought the glass screen protector and I was quite excited with applying because I like the kit it provides but regardless of following all instructions, the protector didn't really sticknto the screen so it keeps lifting everytime I touch the sides. Now there's dust under the protector and the sound it makes when it lifts is so annoying. Really disappointed because now due to corona cases rising again, we're in lockdown and I'm unemployed and a phone protector wouldn't be considered a necessity in my budget.

Really unhappy. Could have paid £10 for a screen protector and got free postage on Amazon, instead I bought one of yours and it's cracked within 24 hours. This is the second phone screen protector I have bought from yourselves and the first one broke within 48hours. I thought it was my fault that it broke because I didn't have a Nilkin brand cover on my phone. I did this time and the screen protector has lasted even less time than the last one. The phone hasn't been dropped either. I would like a full refund. 

I am happy with the product and I have always been their loyal customers for the last few years.
