I bought a tempered glass and it came broken. They had the brilliant idea to send it in a thin, padded envelope instead of a proper box. I've tried to contact customer support several times. Each and every time, they're asking me the same exact questions, but once I answer them, they never follow up. What a bad company! Customer support is pure sh*t. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This is the second time I am ordering the item Nillkin CLRFilm Camera Tempered Glass for iPhone 15 Plus 6.7 (iPhone 15+) (2023), and they had sent the wrong again. Plus I had to pay extra charges for tax sending via Brussels. I tried to send an email, nobody cares nobody seems to exist. And I am really sceptical about who is behind this company Nilkin when every time, the sender is someone else every time. Once it was from Russia, another was from China, another was from Brussels, another was from Germany. They are good products, but the customer experience and service is so unprofessional. Last time I am ordering and I have been ordering the last 12 years... and I do not feel sad about it. The will not give any returns nor they will answer any emails.

I have been emailing every day since I received my order Aug 1, 2024 for 4 days now with NO response at all!! I have been asking for a Return Authorization and am very frustrated with zero reply. I would like to return product for a refund. I purchased a previous same phone case and wanted a different color. I did not realize the old case had been scratching my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 spine every time I opened and closed it until I decided to take the old case off and found the scratches after I placed new order & it already shipped.

I bought a case for my honor Magic 6 pro (the magnetic). Today I left the gas station with the phone on the roof of my car. It felt along the way on a busy road and I noticed only at home. I went back, searched for it and I called. A gentleman found it in the road and said that he saw 2 cars over it. I didn't believe what I saw. The phone was intact, the cover was really scratched in the cover of the camera, still usable. I only had to replace the gel screen protector. Thanks a lot!

Followed the instructions for applying the curved screen protector to my phone, but unfortunately leaves lots of air pockets down each side of the screen that I cannot get rid of.

I had a lot of phones during past decades but a very few cases because I found that most of them were... ugly. But not with Nilkin case. This is my first Nilkin case and I'm pretty happy with the product. Great quality, looks comfortable in hand, perfect fit and decent colors. After all these years finally a case I'm happy with. Shipping to Croatia took only 7 days, just to mention that.

The products themselves are great and high quality but the customer service needs some serious work in the time they take to get back to you. They also need to implement a cancellation policy. Shipping products worldwide, mistakes can happen. I ordered a case for the Xiaomi 14 instead of the Pro and IMMEDIATELY realised the error and tried to cancel so I would order the correct product. Despite telling you to contact them if you have any questions, my email was ignored for days until the product shipped, which it was then already too late and the only solution was to "pay to ship it back", which I find ridiculous considering I had to wait 3 weeks to get the case in the first place. So now I have a case I can't use in the trash while also now having the correct one which I just went ahead and ordered anyway.

Got nilkin case after an enormous research and pretty happy with the product. Great quality good looks comfortable in hand perfect fit and it exceeds my expectations at last! Nilkin always at its best!!

I am impressed by the quality of my iPad case and by the timely, regular, and full information concerning delivery. I got my case perfectly packed, in excellent condition, and with full instructions on how to use it, especially how to connect the keyboard to the tablet.
