I have ordered a book cover for my Mi Max 2. I have been able to track the delivery process quite well, the product arrived on time.
The quality of the cover so far is very good.

Hi, we would recommend to choose Delivery suggestion method, we check recent activity for Australia and choose best way. Singapore post/epacket variants probably are best choice. We are not talking about Fedex/DHL and other courier expensive deliveries, of course they will be fastest.

Another question before making a purchase.
What will be your action when the item being delivered is damaged/wrong one? Are there processes that we will follow so we can return(if the item is not the one i bought) or ask for replacement(if the item is damaged)

Then we resend correct item / new item, if it's our mistake or damaged product. You won't need to send wrong item back.
If you ordered wrong item and want to return it for refund or replacement, you're responsible for return shippping fees.

Very very slow delivery. My order still in hong kong from december 9. I paid 45 $for fast delivery. But ..... not reason pay for fast delivery. Same shit like free shipping. I ordered this item for a birthday present. For december 20. IT STILL IN HONG KONG......

Really [b]great customer service[/b]. After frist order gone probably lost, they shipped another via faster carrier.
I get Super Frosted Shield for Mi Mix 2 in white and black. The product [b]nicely made[/b] and have[b] smooth finish[/b]. It the back[b] camera lens is covered[/b] and its much better then the original case.

Ordering Nillkin products from here was very easy and prices were Ok too. Shipping method took aournd 3weeks, which was tolerable.
I have used Nillkin screen protectors earlier and I was happy to see that quality of product is something, what you can trust.
Only minus side was that Nillkin 9H screen protectors for Sony ZX1 compact are not curved from the edges, which leads to not so nice looking end-result.
