I picked up my "Super Frosted Shield Pro Magnetic Matte Cover Case for Xiaomi 14" from the post office today. Order date was 3 January 2025. The delays in delivery time were NOT Nillkin's fault. In fact, Nillkin's tracking page was impressively up-to-date along every step of the way! The cover fits precisely and perfectly; no spaces or wiggle. The case is firm, stiffer than the stock case that came with the phone, and the material feels comfortable and soft to the touch, while the textured back and bottom half of the sides feel grippy. The volume rockers and power button bumps are also textured and actually press better than the stock case. The front-facing corners have a miniscule extra lip compared to the stock case that helps keep the phone screen a millimeter futher away from the surface, and the camera module's raised lip is somewhat more pronounced than the stock case, offering even more protection from the surface.

I have bought one product (Magic Tags Plus Wireless Charging Receiver), when I received it I found out it does not work at all. I contacted this shop via email and send all the information plus video of evidence. After few emails back and forth they stopped responding. What a disappointing experience..

This case has saved my phones from hundreds of falls, the best i have used, the shipment was extremely fast, awesome job! My only comment is they should show the covers colors better maybe backgrounds for reference.

I liked the case until it broke a month in. I have a Z fold 6 and the front part is so flimsy it lasted barely a month. Make sure to read the return policy, because you won't be returning the case once it breaks.

I have to correct my review, because everything went very well and I am very satisfied. I had made a mistake in my order, and had not received any response. I started looking at the reviews and found myself in some negative reviews. It turns out that in the emergency, not having taken into account the time differences, I rushed, for fear of having to start a product return procedure. The team finally answered me, and with surprising responsiveness. Attentive, despite the virulence of my exchanges. They made the exchange in less than 5 minutes and immediately sent a new tracker. The package left just as quickly. Great service, I am now waiting for my package and must say that I am totally satisfied, the service was great !

STILL NO REPY FROM AN EMAIL I SENT YOU GUYS BACK ON NOV 21ST/2024: Hey guys, I've been enjoying your product, but it has a major problem. Once I connect my Bluetooth earphones, which I use all the time for my conference calls via zoom meetings or Google meet the trackpad starts malfunctioning super bad with a super bad delay with the mouse pointer, it actually loses the smoothness and It starts jumping around once you move your finger.

This is the only company that I have found with a case for my phone with everything I want. 1. A stand. I do not want a phone with extra accessories, which make it thicker, just that I can let it stand upright 2. A camera protection. Every time I get a phone without this protection out of my pocket, I have to see if the lenses are clean. I don't have that problem if I have this protection, I can close. 3. MagSafe compatibility. Just something I like to use, and not every case has. Delivery took a bit, but I was expecting that. Everything else was totally fine.

I placed an order for an IPad case and am yet to receive any information on shipping. The website stated it would be delivered in 3-5 business days with expedited shipping, yet that time has elapsed and it hasn’t even been shipped! I’ve emailed customer care and haven’t heard a response.

Because I ended up ordering a different size screen protector to the case, they very kindly contacted me to ask if this was done deliberately or if I would like to cancel my order. So I enquired about the case I was an actually after, I was told they had none in stock so they promptly cancelled my order and within 5 days I received my money back. Very impressed and will use their service again.
