Ordered "Nillkin Super Frosted Shield Pro Magnetic Matte cover case Clear version for Oneplus 15" and "Nillkin Amazing H+ Pro tempered glass screen protector for Oneplus 15" and got it delivered to India without any hassles. Shipping could have been a bit fast and took almost 2 weeks; but guess was delayed due to Year end/New Year holidays.
As expected, case is premium and amazing. Yet to try the tempered glass but assume it should also be fine.

I order two iPhone 17 pro cases. They sent me a tracking number and the order has not moved. It’s been over two weeks and I have repeatedly rescheduled out to customer service and have not had any responses. Customer service is horrible. Save yourself the headache and buy a case from a better company.

Terrible product and terrible customer service. I ordered a magnetic iPad case, only it is not magnetic. I have been going back-and-forth with Customer Service for over a week and they are no help. I’m going to have to dispute this with my credit card company. Total scam in my opinion.

Case arrived in less than 2 weeks and tracking was very good (if a few hours delayed in updates).
Good product. Solid. Protects well.

I ordered CamShield Pro Case for iPhone 17 which never arrived. I emailed and sadly recieved no response.

Purchased the Frosted transparant case for the OnePlus 15 and a screen protector.
Quality of the case is mid for the 20 euro's price, back is advertised as "transparant" but it makes colors look horrid through it so seriously don't buy it if you want to see the color of your phone.
Screen protector for the OnePlus 15 has no application tool and with it having curved edges makes it practically impossible to line it up perfectly yourself. For a 20 euro screen protector it feels like a total scam.
Support seems to just be a dropshipping team or something, seriously it seems like everyone has a horrible experience on here.
I regret making my purchase in the first place, and I regret not using a creditcard so I could've done something myself instead of just being told "Well that sucks for you" over email.

as being told, it was never received photos and video of problem regarding the issue with screen protector. The product had been tested and many times purchased by other customers with positive reviews.
We're sorry regarding our solution, but the rule is one for everyone: no photo & no video - no refund/replacement.

I received a broken screen protector and customer support refused to send a replacement. Fortunately, PayPal buyer protection reimbursed my purchase. I will never buy from this company/brand again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

What are you lying for?? The email with that number was literally from nillkin official, even the code starts with NK when your company is NillKin
