Purchased the Frosted transparant case for the OnePlus 15 and a screen protector.
Quality of the case is mid for the 20 euro's price, back is advertised as "transparant" but it makes colors look horrid through it so seriously don't buy it if you want to see the color of your phone.
Screen protector for the OnePlus 15 has no application tool and with it having curved edges makes it practically impossible to line it up perfectly yourself. For a 20 euro screen protector it feels like a total scam.
Support seems to just be a dropshipping team or something, seriously it seems like everyone has a horrible experience on here.
I regret making my purchase in the first place, and I regret not using a creditcard so I could've done something myself instead of just being told "Well that sucks for you" over email.

as being told, it was never received photos and video of problem regarding the issue with screen protector. The product had been tested and many times purchased by other customers with positive reviews.
We're sorry regarding our solution, but the rule is one for everyone: no photo & no video - no refund/replacement.

I received a broken screen protector and customer support refused to send a replacement. Fortunately, PayPal buyer protection reimbursed my purchase. I will never buy from this company/brand again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

I placed an order during the weekend and haven't even received a confirmation email yet. I've emailed the info email and send in a question via the contact form but haven't heard back. How am I supposed to know what is even going on with my order right now?

Good material (phone case frosted), i alway by Nillkin cases
BUT
- It took more than 15 days for the transport company to pick up the parcel.
- No answer to my 2 mails regarding the pick-up time
- Finally arrived 10d after pick-up, not to bad
Next time i think i'll order same product but from another place

Ordered a Nillkin Camshield Armour Prop Magnetic Camera protective case for my Samsung S25 phone on 10 Sep 2025. It arrived in good condition and within the stipulated time frame. The product is of good quality. It will be good if Nillkin can provide other ways of verifying the authenticity of the product instead of having to go thru WeChat. Other than this, I am quite happy with the product.

Fails Quickly and Company Won’t Stand Behind It
I purchased a Nillkin Earphone Case for AirPods Pro 2 through Amazon on January 30, 2025. Despite taking excellent care of it, the case suddenly stopped closing properly after less than a year of use. Since the purchase window with Amazon had passed, I reached out to Nillkin directly, per Amazon’s recommendation, to ask about warranty options.
I even offered to provide photos showing that the case was never dropped or misused. Unfortunately, Nillkin denied a replacement. For a product at this price point, I expected much better quality and customer support. Instead, I was met with poor service and a company that doesn’t seem to stand behind its own warranty.
Very disappointing experience, both overpriced and unreliable.

Received the phone case with the wrong item inside. Emailed the same day I received with 3 more follow up emails with pictures-- still have heard nothing since early August regarding refund or replacement, Beware!
